Severe headache question. Almost every day multiple times a day I get very severe aching on the back and front of my head at the same time. I take Tylenol and it does nothing. The pain Is so bad I have to stop what I’m doing and grab my head. Sometimes bending over to pick something up triggers it. Could this just be pregnancy related?? Should I be concerned. My midwife says she doesn’t think it’s a migraine because I’d be throwing up and having vision problems.
