I’m 22 and it has always been a deal breaker for me. I just don’t want to deal with the drama from the child’s mother and everything that goes into. Plus I’m still so young myself and want to finish my education and live a little before I become responsible for a child.

I have a child from another relationship and my current boyfriend completely took on the father figure role she was only 2 when she met him and she's 4 now calls him daddy. She doesn't remember her natural father and he doesn't care to be a part of her life. He also has a child from another relationship but his ex cheated and lied to him, she up and left to another state with his child when she was only 5 months old she wouldn't let him talk or see the child told him not to contact her again. We are currently trying to start our own family

I always said dating a guy with kids is like pressing play on someone else's paused game. I would rather start from the beginning. Although I would definitely make an exception for the right guy. Luckily I didn't have to.

I put yes but I guess it depends.
If the mom/ex is cool and easy to get a long with then yes.
If the mom/ex is too much drama and wants him back I don’t think I could do it. I already have enough drama and stress in my life and two girls of my own that come first.

not if there's drama with the child's other  parent  or their child isn't  respectful,  because then if they do something disrespectful to me and i discipline them (I don't necessarily mean hitting) then that can get passed on to the other parent and cause problems and I don't  have time for that
