How to you guys clean your menstrual cups ???

I've had mine for about six months and I love it 😍just wondering what kinda soap works best to clean it & how often should you boil it in water🤔 how long do they usually last?

I boil it after every cycle, and I rinse with water during my cycle.

Any unscented oil free soap is fine. 
I boil my cup after my period ended and then I store it in a cotton bag.

I rinse every time I empty it. I wash it with soap on the nights I don’t wear it (I don’t really bleed at night). And I boil it for 20-30 minutes before my period starts and once it ends.

I use the DIVA cup cleaner or unscented Summers Eve to wash it while I'm in the shower or getting ready in the morning and at night and rinse during the day. I boil it depending on manufacturers recommendations. I have seen wipes somewhere you can buy to use when you are in a public bathroom and can't rinse.

I soak mine in a tiny cup barely bigger than the cup itself with hydrogen peroxide after every period. It gets rid of any stains in about 30 minutes!

Be careful with boiling it. You can actually cause tiny fissures in it where bacteria can propagate. I was mine with the diva cup soap and boil it for 5 minutes seasonally

I wash it with intimate wash soap every time before use it. It really helps to feel comfortable.
