Husband is mad at me?

So my hubby has had a cold the last few days. I’ve been constantly telling him to take stuff for his cough and congestion and sore throat but he won’t unless I hand him the medicine. Well I woke up this morning with the worst sore throat I’ve ever had and I said “you got me sick.” I think later I said something along the lines of “I don’t need this right now” because I’m freaking miserable today and 19 weeks pregnant . And he’s pissed at me? He got mad at me for saying that he got me sick (which is a fact) and of course because of pregnancy I started bawling. He doesn’t understand that being sick during pregnancy is so much worse because you can’t take anything to feel better. He’s on the mend and I’m feeling absolutely miserable and I’m the bad guy?
