Hi I'm just looking for some opinions or advice really. Yesterday at work (I work in a children's nursery) I leant on a toilet cubicle and the whole thing collapsed, taking me with it... Luckily I didn't land on bump but I've pulled a muscle in my back and I'm really sore today. I went to the local hospital to get checked over and it's muscular so been told to rest and take painkillers. I am unsure of what to do to take this further. I am in agony and obviously the nursery has failed to provide adequate health and safety! I am thinking of going to the doctors on Tuesday morning after the bank holiday to ask for more advice and see if I get signed off sick if I'm still in pain. What should I do?
