pregnancy symptoms after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage a week ago at 4.5 weeks. now I'm experiencing sore breasts and light cramping like I was when I was pregnant. has this happened to anyone else?

I’m still miscarrying but also still have pregnancy symptoms. It is incredibly hard, really feels like a cruel trick of nature. 
As the person said before, it’s HCG in your blood which can take time to go. 
Some people test still until they get a negative but I really don’t know if I could be brave enough. Having said that, it would be a good indication of HCG dropping and if everything has cleared etc because if your miscarriage was more than 2 weeks ago I would probably get it checked over to be sure no tissue was retained etc xx

Yes my symptoms didn’t go away for about 2 weeks. You must have hcg left over

Going through something similar. Experienced heavy bleeding for about 7 days and i was probably roughly 5 weeks. My pregnancy symptoms disappeared and/or lessened during the bleeding, the day i stopped bleeding was the day they kinda slowly started to come back. Was still getting faint positives at first so i assumed the hcg was why though i still felt it was weird. Now here it is a week and 3 days since i started bleeding, 3 days since bleeding stopped and my symptoms have gotten more intense and worse each day. Like I’m producing hcg still, however my at home tests look pretty negative to me. I hope you have answers and good vibes to you!
