I use the baking soda face wash by Biore every now and then. Mostly I just use soap that is for sensitive skin but also unscented. Using scented stuff can actually make you smell bad. 
I also like using baby powder on my tushy and between my thigh and outer lips. This keeps moisture down, especially if I’m going to be up all day sweating.
