I think something is wrong

So I started my period on the third but the next day it was gone and I haven’t been on it since. I’m getting kind of worried because this hasn’t happed to me before, I looked up reasons why this could happen and it mostly said because of pregnancy but I’m still a virgin. Should I tell my doctor about this? I’m getting worried because I think something is really wrong.

(UPDATE) So i made an appointment but they said it was going to be a while before I could go, but I started my period again today and I have bad cramps and I don’t know what is happening now I’m going to try to see if I could find something that could tell me why this is happening.
