I can't loose weight
so somewhere last year I started gaining weight. I went on a diet and lost some pounds and I found myself gaining it again. so I decided to hit the gym and I wasn't seeing anything. I tried the military diet,didn't work out for me either. Neither did the three day egg diet. right now I weigh 162 pounds instead of my regular 115 before I gained weight. and for a 19 year old my middle section looks like I'm 6 months pregnant and it breaks my heart cos it keeps adding up. I had tucked in my stomach in the first picture and hadn't eaten yet. The second and third
picture is my usual size. Please, help me
