My weight won’t go down !
Okay I need some magical way of losing weight my goal is 20 pounds I only eat plant based meaning no meat or dairy I work out 3 days a week or when I have time I don’t eat sweets or sugar or bread my weight has plateaued I’m very short 5 ft so when I gain 5 pounds that’s like 20 any advice would be helpful please thank you ❤️
