I want to preface this by saying I know there are many different viewpoints on pornography in a relationship. Personally, I think it hurts relationships and do not want it to be a part of ours.

Okay, so my boyfriend of one year has recently revealed to me that he has an addiction to porn and is trying to stop, but he doesn’t know how. I’m doing the best I can to support him quitting and not guilt-tripping him in any way whatsoever. I know he’s trying his best, and he only “breaks” about once a month, but it still hits my self confidence pretty hard. The fact that he’s seeing other women in this way hurts. What can I do to support him and myself in this difficult time?
