Implantation ?

So I had this awful pain today in my lower right side that started when I woke up and only in my right side not like my norm period cramps it’s finally easing up then I went to the bathroom just now and when I wiped I saw this is this the start of my period or implantation now my periods are all over the place anymore🤷🏼‍♀️ and the pain I had eairler has pretty much ceased except in my lower back
