How often to baby dance?

I’ve heard bd every day and I’ve heard bd every other day. Which way works best? Is there any actual proof one works better then the other? I know sperm needs to build up a little but wouldnt 24 hours be long enough to do so?

We BD’d every day this past ovulation. I think the every other day thing is mostly for people who don’t want to everyday or feel like it’s a chore and they say it’s safe to take one day off but I’m pretty sure your chances are better if you do everyday.

We did every day when glow said I was ovulating/ovulation kit said 🙂 but it didn’t happen. Another month we did it every other and made sure we did on the day my glow app said I was the most fertile. I was also told that doggy (sorry tmi) was the best for getting pregnant so we always ended up there! No idea if it’s all a myth but it worked. Good luck ladies 🌈
