I find it helps relieve pressure from my back and pelvis. Try tobyoutube different methods for using it. I've heard it can help get labor going but it's not proven.

I've been bouncing almost daily for weeks now and nothing 😐 so really I think it only helps if your body is already ready to have baby anyways

It can help baby drop but I'm not sure if it really helps start labor. However, I started bouncing on one with my first baby when I was 40 weeks and had him a few days later. He was probably just ready at that point though.
