Possible miscarriage

Hi ladies, so according to my LMP I should be 8 weeks by now but since I went to the hospital

because of some very light bleeding I've been confused. The ER doctor told us it could end in

a miscarriage because the sac is really low, my hcg levels were almost at 30,000 but they

couldn't see a fetal pole. From their measurements I would be only 5 weeks so it could have

been too early. I have to go back this week. My symptoms keep increasing, the bleeding is

barely there now, it was light brown/pinkish before and only when I wiped.. So I guess I'm just
