Sciatica
Anyone here with sciatica or knows anyone with sciatica,
I'm 24, fairly active and have been diagnosed with sciatica! It's fucking painful, can barely move my legs hurt so bad! Been given codeine but I'm wondering if there's any natural remedies, maybe fruits or veg or herbs? Or if anyone knows any way to ease the pain?
