I recently made a chat for me and 3 friends to talk and make plans to hang out. It’s recently become a place where people talk about how much they hate themselves though, and it’s far from healthy. I can’t really deal with it, I usually am fine with listening and providing comfort, but I have my own issues and this chat is active with self loathing almost 20 hours a day. Frankly, it isn’t helping me and every time I see an alert from the chat it makes my blood boil.

So is it rude to leave the chat? Am i just being a bitch like usual?
