Update!! Working out 1st trimester

So I’ve been always an active person I’d lke to hit the gym 5-6 times a week and do some yoga as well. But every since i got pregnant i feel a complete loss of energy and I’m so worried about weight gain. (I’m currently 4weeks pregnant and i weigh 122lbs and 5”3). Anyone out there can give me some encouraging words I would appreciate it 🤗

So I finally got my strength back and i had a 90mns workout today. Feeling amazing. Thank you all for the support💕
