How did you all dry up without getting a clogged duct or mastitis? I’m mourning today that I will no longer breast feed my son but the stress, commute, and work has diminished my supply to almost nothing and my son is not gaining weight. I’d rather my son be a happy and fed 5 month old so formula it is.

Wearing a sports bra? Not drinking any water? What did you do to help dry up? I drink about a gallon or more of water a day so to just barely drink any water is probably going to kill me.
