I’ve been bleeding during sex

My husband and I have been together for almost 10 years. We don’t have STDS and just recently, I’ve started bleeding during sex. Not a ton but it’s there. This has never happened in these 10 years. We do struggle with infertility, have been for three years.

I had 3 polyps removed one year ago but wasn’t bleeding when I had them.

Started happening almost two months ago

I’m not dry or anything while having sex.

Why am I bleeding?
