Am I the only one that HATES when dog owners walk their dogs and don’t pick up the poop

If you have a dog do you clean up after them?? I live in a town home neighborhood and a lot of people have dogs so we have random poles with trash cans for their doggy bags everywhere. Yet people still don’t pick up the poop. My neighbors have two dogs and our whole area Behind our house is full of poop so I can’t even have my gender reveal party here. It’s so annoying. People refer to their dogs as their kids but you don’t leave your kids’ poop everywhere.
