doctor ordered that I cut down my hours at work, which to most bosses would mean less days or less hours....well my daily hours are shorter however they have me on the busy shifts and weekends...(I'm a cosmetologist, so always on my feet) my average hours per week is 36-38hrs. the cut down has put me at 35-37hrs per week. should I have my doc write another more specific note that would cut me down at least 5-6 more hours.? after the busy days I can bearly walk due to siatica and keeping my blood sugar in check is getting harder. we are inducing May 30 (39 weeks) if baby girl doesn't show up early but I'm afraid being on my feet all day is going to send me into preterm labor.
