Could I be pregnant?

I’m only 7dpo, but my boobs are swollen and they are really sensitive to the point I can’t put on a bra. When something rubs on my boobs or my nipples I wince because it hurts. I’ve been cramping today & yesterday, but no blood. I had the slightest pink when i went to use the bathroom about 2 days ago, but nothing since. I’ve been really tired, I’ve had a stuffy nose & sore/dry throat the past few days and my stomach is a little sensitive when i press on it. I had sex a few days before ovulation, the day of, and 2 days afterwards. I received ovulation cramps the day of (usually lasts a few days, but it only lasted a few hours) but after we had sex that night i didn’t get any other symptoms and the ovulation cramps stopped. Sorry for the long paragraph, but I wanted to provide enough information for y’all opinions. Do you think I may be pregnant or it’s something else? Do you think i can take a pregnancy test now or it’s too early still? My period is due this week.
