Possibly Expecting..?

I had a lot of unprotected sex this last month with my significant other. My period is about 10 days late. I had really bad cramps the day I was supposed to start my period, and these last few days I’ve had breast tenderness. Also the last two times we had sex I felt a bit of pressure/discomfort in my lower abdomen. But every pregnancy test I’ve taken said negative. If I was pregnant it would only be by a couple weeks. I don’t want to keep buying tests but I want to know! Help!
