Could this be a side effect?

So I started the pill last Sunday and everyday last week after taking it I felt like being distant from my SO, enjoying not talking to him, rejecting his calls and etc. I don’t want to blame what I do/think on the pill because it could just be a coincidence but I know things like mood changes are side effects? Is it just me not feeling the relationship? Is it a mix of my period and the pill?
