Am I a healthy weight for pregnancy?

My husband and I found out that we’re expecting and we’re overjoyed. We’d been ttc for 5 months. I’m already uncomfortable with my body I’m 5’7” and 200lbs. I’m at the most I’ve ever weighed in my life. I’m scared that I’m going to gain a lot more weight and I won’t be able to lose it all or that I will feel even more disgusted with myself. My ideal weight is 160, I’m assuming there’s not even a possible way to lose weight while pregnant (I don’t have morning sickness)? I’m also nervous about working out while pregnant? Any one with any advice whatsoever would be really appreciated because I’m feeling really down right about now.
