You open a snapchat message and your phone decides to be a dick and close the app/change screens and when you re-open it of course the message is gone. It was a paragraph from your crush/SO expressing their feelings and when you ask them to please resend it they don't feel like typing everything again/summarize what they said and it's not as meaningful/can't remember everything they typed...
