Wondering if it could be part of my mucus plug?

Yes part of it... I was doing yard work last week and lost pieces of that every time I went to the bathroom for the next two days.. as long as it’s not bloody, it’ll regenerate.

Have you had sex? Honestly this looks like normal discharge post sex. Even if it is your plug which it doesn’t look like it regenerates all the time.

Looks like it, but it can regenerate. I wouldn’t worry too much unless you start to have contractions
