Morning sickness?

I guess there is really no way to know but I was wondering if I'm beginning to get morning sickness. My period isn't due for a couple of days but I woke up at 4am this morning with a splitting headache and had to run to the toilet to throw up. I've gotten migraines before but never with nausea. I was projectile vomiting but no food was coming up, just a bunch of liquid and stomach acid.
