Background: so my boyfriend and I have been dating for a couple weeks now. We were talking since the winter but broke it off because I found out he was talking to someone else. Last year, while he went on a trip, he cheated on his ex. He’s a senior and I’m a junior and I really don’t know what to do.

Schools gonna be out in a few weeks and I’m afraid that things are going to die down. I really like him but I don’t want to allow myself to continue catching feelings if this summer he’s going to go on another trip and cheat on me. He talked through this already before we started dating but I’m still hesitant. I don’t want to talk about it and ruins everything before prom & I don’t really want to talk about it bc I feel like talking about it is going to lead to us breaking up. Any suggestions?
