18 weeks// horrible headaches?

Question

Anyone else at or around the 18 week mark and have developed bad headaches? Just curious. I feel bad taking Tylenol every day but at least it’s approved 🤷‍♀️

yes! i did! here's what I did to stop the headaches!  1. Stop chewing gum, it was causing minor tension in my jaw, neck, and head, but it ended up being a trigger! 2. Go to chiropractor, mine only charges $15 for an adjustment, you can call around for a cheap one.  3. Get a cheap massage, again my chiro has a massage girl there and they have a pregnancy pillow which is awesome, and they charge extra $15 for a 15 minute massage.  4. Peppermint essential oil on my neck and temples, relaxes muscles and soothes tension 5. Extra sleep, a couple times I went to bed super early and slept through the night. 6. Vibrating massager, I used it on my neck during the worst part of my headache with the mint oil and would do it like 5 minutes at a time and get immediate relief. 7. Hubby's massage, he knows the drill, he's in charge of neck and head massages in times of need! 8. Ice Water, I am addicted to it and the colder the better! The more I drink the more it helps and even prevents the headaches!   .... Well any of those help and bring significant relief, so if you start stacking them up and doing multiple of these, you can understand how I am able to get through my pregnancy with no headache medication whatsoever! I used to get chronic headaches but with being pregnant (and natural) I don't take any medicine, I have come up with all these natural remedies! And I do them regularly trying to prevent them and I'm getting way less than before I was pregnant! They started again at 18wks or so  but definitely keeping them in check with these tips. Same. Actually dealing with one right now. I'm 18 weeks and have had headaches since like week 10. Almost every single day and usually get a migraine once or twice a week. I'm so over it. I take Tylenol multiple times a week

Me too 😫 since about 16 weeks, I’m 17 now and they are still in full force! I hope it gets better for you
