Plz comment how quickly and how much it boosted your supply..

Or if you were using a combo of these things..

Also would love to hear if u tried any of these and had bad side effects or something?

I’m desperate to increase my supply.. pumping a ton and feeding on demand, about to go back to work and my breasts don’t even leak anymore and half the time baby doesn’t seem satisfied and I end up supplementing with formula and it breaks my heart.. I desperately want to exclusively breastfeed.. 😭😭😭
