So I’m on the pill and I take religiously every night but 5 days ago my boyfriend and I were having sex and he came in me. We had a scare a while back so I took a plan b and I don’t want to take one again because I don’t know what it would do to my body. I’m so paranoid I’m pregnant. What symptoms should I look out for at this stage?r

First, it's too late to take Plan B. Second, you're on birth control so it's not necessary. There are no symptoms to look for because you're on birth control which is 99% effective if you take it as you say you do. Most failure of the pill is user error so just take it correctly as often as you possibly can.
