Hey so uh I’m 16 and my friend and I both like each other. I’m not out to my parents and she agrees that we don’t want to actually date, and we’re in a kinda friends with benefits stage. We’re both pretty comfortable but I’m worried she’s starting to feel that I’m only doing this because I like girls, and want to be able make out and stuff, because she’s said that a few times. Any tips or ideas on how to bring it all back to a good place? I’ve spoken to here and said that if she wants to stop it’s fine. I really care about her a lot, and I hate seeing her worry I don’t.
