So i got a faint bfp 13dpo but then i also started bleeding later that day... my period is usually cramp filled intense like can’t move kinda thing but this was little to no cramps but extremely heavy bleeding the second day (yesterday) on top of that my period is five days long and this period ended already... any ideas?

Edit: i also get pretty bad acne before my period i have to take a special cream for it. It’s constant and no acne at all this time around
