Pulling sensation?

Sharp pulling sensation on my right side if I move a certain way. Been having mild AF like cramps for the last few days. Boobs were very sore 4-6 days past my IUI but have since subsided .. have had on and off nausea and mild heartburn.I’m now 12 dpiui .. please share you symptoms!!!

I’m have almost word for word what your symptoms except the heartburn! I just took a test on day 13 and got a bfn... let me know how yours is going?!
