Getting enough?

Question

How do I know if my baby is getting enough milk?? He will stay latched for half an hour, go off for ten, and want to go back on and gets frustrated because my milk hasn’t refilled that fast. He’ll struggle to latch again because he isn’t getting anything or the flow isn’t as fast as his first feeding which then frustrates both of us ☹️
He’s almost 3 months so I’m thinking he’s cluster feeding again, thoughts?

I read a piece recently by a lactation consultant that said in addition to weight gain and wet diapers to watch their hands. Babies tighten their faces and ball up their fists when hungry and as they eat they slowly relax. Their hands are the last thing to relax. So balled up fists - still hungry, relaxed hands - happy and full

Definitely cluster feeding! He's probably fussing because of growing pains. As long as he's having enough wet diapers, don't worry about it!

My son is 3 months and he just started cluster feeding again. Feeling like a human pacifier at night.

Cluster feeding and he’s getting enough...the sucking is his body communicating with yours unless he stops growing and has less wet diapers just feed on demand, if you can
