help please!! so confused and don't know what to do.

so at this point im totally confused i don't know when to test or what to do. i have a normal 28-30 day cycle. my periods usually last around 5-6 days but and i had a regular period in march. but April is where it gets confusing. i never spot the day before my period and i did spot pink on the 17th an then nothing my period was due on the 18th. on the 18th i did get some red blood not much and then on the 19th it was red that turned into brown. and then on the 20th i had just a little brown. so all together this "bleeding" only lasts 3 days an was shorter than my normal period and i had no cramps.. but then after that bleeding i had got all types of pregnancy symptoms. nausea, sore vainy breasts, lots of thin creamy white discharge, back pain, headaches, tiredness, etc. so i figured maybe that bleeding was implantation so i took a dollar store test on the 23rd it was negative. that was two weeks ago.. still having symptoms. should i retest? or wait until the next period is expected which is in 12 days?? i just want to know if i am or not. these symptoms are driving me crazy an i would be devasted and lost an confused if i am not. what else could it be?
