sleep regression??

my LO just turned 7 months on the 26th but i feel like she’s hit her 8 month sleep regression early... anyone else?? she’s been taking 20-30 minute naps and waking up every few hours at night. going crazy! ☕️😴😫 anyone else dealing with this?!

Yes! Same here, she woke up every hour the past 5 days... and 30 minute naps for months now. It might be linked to separation anxiety. She didn’t want to eat, just wanted to be comforted. I hope it gets better soon. Good luck!

Teething? Crib cruising or sitting/standing? Might be one of those. 
My little man recently started night wakings again and fighting naps again. I’m doing another round of sleep training this week. Cut out rocking this time, no point in me rocking him for 30 minutes just for him to wake up as soon as I leave! It is sad though to give up warm cuddles! 😥 Now we rock with books and a pacifier and then I get up with him, turn out the light, walk and sway him over to the crib, shush, and leave. It was so tough the first night for both of us! (Limited cry it out - I read Ferber and Baby Sleep Solution) 
He’s been doing much better than I thought! Acing night sleep after just a couple days now and even going to sleep on his own for naps without rocking which I was scared to try. So glad I did, now after 10 minutes of fussing or playing, he’s falling asleep on his own taking 1.5-2 hour naps too boot! I just needed to get out of his way, sigh. Have a feeling that’ll be true for the rest of my life! 😆
I’d done sleep training before at the four month regression. But had still been doing lots of rocking until suddenly he was bigger and heavier and neither of us was as comfortable with it anymore!! 😂

Oh lord help me 😬 my daughter just finally started napping 1.5-2hrs and sleeping 11ish hours at night. Dreading this!!! 😩

My little lady is the same at night recently 😕 her naps are still great during the day but waking every hour or two at night is killing me! Plus we are trying to figure out how to break the swaddle cuz she keeps rolling over and that’s been a nightmare too 😫 mama is so tired!
