Mood Swings

I need help finding the right birth control. I was on it twice before once when I was 16 for my period cramps and then again when I was 18 for cramps and birthe control. I need something that will give me that piece of mind but not effective my hormones too much. the last two time I went on it my mood swings were awful I would cry if you look at me weird and I would get angry or frustrated more easily. basically it's like I was PMSing constantly. I just got into a new relationship with this amazing guy so I want something that works but at the same time doesn't how a noticeable effect.
