I haven’t been added to the home loan because I just haven’t thought about it but our finances are together. I read somewhere that if you were to get a divorce, in order for the one party to keep the house they would’ve had to pay for everything for the house (mortgage, utilities, repairs, upgrades) through a separate bank account that only they had access to.
