Weight loss and getting healthy
So I have had weight problems my whole life. Growing up with adhd in elementary school I was under weight, in middle school I got of the meds for good in high school my food allergies made a turn for the worse , and I had no idea. Senior year I picked up and dropped gluten and dairy completely and so my transformation began. I went from 165 and so heavy to 135 and a lot healthier. I honestly would not change it for the world.heres the evolution of senior year vs junior in college

The picture in white shirt, leggings, and plaid were me at my heaviest, the dress pic was from April, and the other one was from right before my karate class (taking gym classes in college)
