Safe naturally caffeine free warm drinks?

I usually (when not pregnant) drink a lot (like multiple giant mugs each day) of herbal tea and now find myself craving the same. I need something naturally caffeine free and much of the info online has led me confused about what is safe in the first trimester. I’m not ready for red raspberry yet and have seen mixed things about nettle and dandelion. I usually drink golden milk (turmeric milk) daily and am not sure if I should stop, or how much is safe.

Any thoughts ladies? Been seeing stuff that makes me think red rooibos, chamomile, and peppermint might be the safe bets, and turmeric milk in moderation? Anything else? Thanks!
