So I had a doctors appointment with my OB last week and she asked if I was interested in the genetic screening (this is not a high risk pregnancy). I told her I wasn’t sure if Tricare covered it. I called them today and they said they needed the procedural code that the doctors office would bill it to. I called the doctors office and they gave me three different codes. Called tricare back and they told me, yes they cover this. I’m kinda skeptical because a friend of mine was told no. Anyone else had this done or not have it done because tricare “didn’t cover it”?
