Clothes for tall women?

Where can I buy clothes for myself? I'm 5 10, 140 lbs. I can usually find pants but when it comes to shirts, I have no luck. I usually wear larges just cause most of the time they are longer.. I need a medium but they're too short. Is there any place where I can buy shirts that are made for taller people? I'm sick of wearing baggy shirts that don't fit haha. Or wearing a medium that comes up to my belly button ;)

Lol I have the problem in the pants area!! I have to get my jeans at the buckle. If it's not from there, I have to have my mom let the hem out at the bottom. If there's a top that doesn't fit, I have her alter it as well, but that's very rare. Have you tried googling it?

Im 5'10" too! I usually opt for old navy. I have a short torso though.
