How would you go about getting a big loan if you get paid with cash?

Trying to get a 35,000$ mobile home. Id have a co signer

You absolutely have to have proof of income, I bought a house back in December and they wanted 6 months proof for a $250k loan
But for literally any type of mortgage even if you were only financing out $5000 they will require proof of income. Needless to say if you’re being paid in cash that is probably illegal and I doubt that you are getting a receipt. If you are able to prove that you’re being paid in cash they are going to want to see your old tax documents to be sure you’re claiming that cash correctly. I hate to say but for someone in your circumstance, even if you had someone close to you with perfect credit and $1 million in the bank, they’re not gonna let you be on the loan for that house. 
I’m not sure about your living situation but I would consider putting the house into your husbands name, NOT a boyfriend but a spouse If u have one

My husband and just went to a meeting with our Credit Union a week ago about mortgages. They required 1 months worth of proof of income. Unless your employer gives receipts for your weekly pay, you may be out of luck. Hopefully they can use your cosigner's documented income?

If you don’t have any proof of income they won’t even put you on the term. You need a credit check and a proof of income for you to get a loan.

You need proof of income, if you can’t show your wages you could try presenting bank statements showing the cash your putting in every month. Either way they need something the shows you can pay them back.
