Pregnant? HELP!

So I’m on nexplanon and ik that can make periods irregular and ik that pregnancy is uncommon and that I’m probably over thinking BUT my period is late by 12 days and that’s really weird even with me being on nexplanon (got it in August) ive not had this happen and yes I’ve had unprotected sex like 2 times in the past month and like 3 times the month before that (all with the same person don’t freak) so just wonder what y’all think
