500 calories a day?

I decided to lose weight about 2 months ago. I started out by cutting out pop, and instead, drinking water! At this time, I was 160 lbs, And I’m 5 foot tall, so it wasn’t healthy for my size. I wanted to do this for me. As the days went on, I started looking more into dieting and low calorie diets. About 25 days ago, I started eating below 500 calories a day, and only went over about 4 days out of 25. I've gotten down to 139, but my goal is 115. Should I stop eating only 500 calories or continue til I'm 115?
