Any STM’s on here have any experience with this? I take Unisom to help me sleep, and have for a while now(like a year or more). My OB okayed it for use while pregnant since they prescribe it for morning sickness as well. Just wondering if any mamas had experience with weaning off it before Baby comes? I don’t want to take it preferably, so I can be alert and awake for baby girl when I need to be, but I’m just wondering if anyone has experience using it while breastfeeding. Is it harmful to the baby at all? Does it affect milk supply? I’ve already started to wean off it, but as most of you who have taken sleeping pills know, it’s a serious nightmare getting off them😢😔😴Thanks in advance for any help!
