I took my birth control 2 hours late. Is this bad? Am I unprotected now?

If ur on a combination pill it’s fine, u have a two hour window for perfect use/99.7% effectiveness. If ur on a mini/progestin only pill, then ur protection might be lowered a bit. Either way, u should read ur pill leaflet to be sure. If u don’t have the leaflet, then google ur specific brand of pills & read the pdf version.

No, you're fine. If you're taking a progesterone only pill you might get breakthrough bleeding, but with a combo pill it doesn't count as a missed pill unless you're about 12 hours late.
